The full integration to Jobpac Jobcosting logically aggregates the high volumes of work orders to simple, summarised monthly  performance position by client, contract or profit centre. 

Billing Control

The generation and preview of draft bills is a time consuming and complex process. Jobpac uses work order status control to initiate draft bill generation in preparation for review, amendment (if required), approval through to issue to clients. Jobpac provides the assurance that all bills are issued as quickly as possible to positively impact cashflow performance.

Scheduled Service Contracts

Service contracts can be created to generate cyclical work orders for programmed, scheduled maintenance and service based works.
