Jobpac Management Team

Steve Ironside - Chairman & CEO

Steve commenced his IT career in the 70's joining IBM as a Systems Engineer before launching his own software company in 1980, aptly named Business Computer Management Systems reflecting his own ideals on the use of technology in a commercial environment. In the late 80's he acquired the Jobpac application to broaden BCM's target markets.

During the mid 90's BCM became the sole ANZ distributor of a product called Movex developed by the highly successful Swedish company Intentia. This decision provided BCM with greater access to global technologies and markets as Movex had in excess of 3000 sites worldwide.

Under Steve's leadership, BCM Systems grew rapidly to 250 people with 150 Movex customers across the region; Steve held a position on the Intentia Global Leadership team before the company was acquired by Lawson Software in 2005.

Following the acquistion, Steve set the vision to grow Jobpac International Systems to be the leading premier provider of enterprise software solutions to the construction and engineering industry.
